Service and eligibility

ORILLA Truco is a casual Uruguayan-style card game. Use it only where lawful and at the age permitted for its simulated-gambling content and your territory. The operator and support contact are above. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and player data

You may use a guest or linked sign-in account. Keep credentials secure. A lost guest credential may prevent account recovery. Nicknames and chosen preset portraits are stored with your server account. Cheating, account theft, abusive impersonation and attempts to manipulate transactions or balances are prohibited.

Virtual coins and matches

Coins have no cash value, withdrawal, transfer or real-world prize. New accounts receive 500 trial coins once. Online matches reserve 100 coins per player; each winner gains 100 and each loser loses 100 on match settlement. Leaving mid-match concedes under the confirmation shown in the app. Free offline practice does not change the server wallet.

Purchases and delivery

Coin packs are one-time consumables, not subscriptions, and have no expiry. The store purchase sheet confirms localized price and quantity. Payment uses Google Play Billing or App Store In-App Purchase; coins are credited only after verification. Cosmetic VIP frames do not improve winning odds. Store receipt verification may delay delivery.

Missing delivery and refunds

Use Retry pending delivery or Restore purchases before paying again. Consumed coins are not granted twice. Refunds, cancellations and disputes follow the store rules and applicable consumer law. Verified refunds reverse the corresponding coin/VIP credit; coins already used may create a disclosed balance debt that prevents further paid matches until resolved. Contact support for reconciliation disputes.

Deletion, availability and changes

You can delete the account in Settings or through the external request route. The service may be interrupted for security or maintenance; the operator will handle paid-entitlement disputes under mandatory law. Any restrictions or changes affecting purchased rights must comply with that law. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator-approved governing-law and dispute terms appear below.

Your mandatory consumer and privacy rights under applicable local law remain in effect. Contact dune3887@gmail.com to resolve disputes or exercise rights. These terms do not impose exclusive foreign jurisdiction or waive non-waivable rights.

Game accounts and game data are hosted on Vultr infrastructure in Miami, United States. DNS is provided through Porkbun; support uses Gmail. Data may be processed outside your country. These providers process necessary service information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We minimize transferred data and restrict operational access. Available Google, Apple and Facebook features remain disabled until their provider configuration is completed; store billing also remains disabled until configured.
